All accounts receive a $2.00 USD free credit on signup. Top-ups start at $10. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Customers may request a full refund of unused prepaid credit balance within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the purchased credit has been consumed.
After the 7-day window, refunds are available on a pro-rated basis for unused credits at our discretion. Requests must be submitted via email to support.
Credits that have been consumed through API usage are non-refundable. Free signup credits are not eligible for cash redemption.
Our API may not be used to generate illegal content, facilitate harassment, conduct automated scraping at scale without consent, or for US government or defence applications. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
We log API request metadata (timestamps, token counts, model used) for billing and abuse prevention. Prompt and response content is not stored beyond the duration of the request. We do not sell user data to third parties.
We target 99.5% API uptime. Service credits may be issued for verified outages exceeding 1 hour. We are not liable for downstream impacts of service interruptions.
